Jams are no rocket science.
If you’re a jams debutante, you might think the process of making them is complicated. To show how easy it is to prepare them yourself with Dr. Oetker’s preservatives, I imagined this strict and overly precise world inside a jam making university. At the end, it just looks silly compared to the convenience of using Gelfix from Dr. Oetker – a classic game of expectations versus reality.
The only chemistry that’s happening in your kitchen is between you and that jar of strawberry jam that you love so much.
